well it's been forever.. and 1/2.. but i have a good excuse!! if knee surgery.. surgeries.. count as a good excuse! probably not.. but i don't get to start running for another few weeks,, i can tell its already going to be a bad xc season for me, but atleast i have an.. alright excuse! and my quads have deflated over the past couple weeks, i'll live. anyways. more inspiration coming!

i enjoy the word welp. although, i'm close to positive it isn't one, it helps in lots of circumstances. also. things are bad. life can be bad. but i'm sure ill get over it. girls are dumb. one imparticular, who thinks they are treated so much better then everyone else, when really... i'm treated wayyyy better by this individual, a phone call vs. an hour visit, gallon of gatorade, and pringles. i win. haha that's all. less then half a month till i hit the big 16. i don't know why i'm journaling, this isn't normal i promise. but today, words are my inspiration, and i just had to tell someone. soooo, i'm creating a zine, it's called "THAT'S ENOUGH!" and basically, it's self explanatory, i write about crazy times, kinda through secrecy, wow this is harder to explain than i would have thought! although people are dumb, im still me. YES. Turning 16 in less than a month. No big deal or anything. So I want a keyboard. I just absolutely love the piano. weird i know. but it's so stress relieving, i'm going to go now, instead of boring you. that's all.

so i happened to get asked to prom just last night, with a gold fish, i named it alfredo, and he sits calmly in my bedroom (maybe too calm) but anywho, i'm wearing an off white ostrich feather type dress, it's gorgeous, and vintage, i have vintage heels that match but they're too tall for who i'm going with? any suggestions on where i could get cute ones to match!!??? thanks!

This is me. well actually. i wish it was. this is my goal of the year. sincceeeee i have a yoga pass and all, ya know? it only makes sense. and i've almost got it. just need the polish the foot in the air part. Also..... I'm a spannnndexxxx addiccctttt!!!!! I go no where without spandex on, whether it's beneath my clothing, or the only article of clothing im wearing. it's always on. always. Did I mention sports bra addict? cause i meant to include that. THat's all. Who needs drugs when you have yoga and spandex? Yep. i'm done now.

I never blog. I sorta hate it.

YOGA

Now for abut two years, I have started to really get into yoga. I don't know why and people think I am crazy... but it really helps me to reduce my stress and stay calm when normally my hair would be static all over the walls. Yoga is a fun way to let out stress and just be calm. I've found it has actually helped reduce back pain and help with better posture and breathing habits. I really would recommend taking up yoga. I only know a few positions (well a little more that a few) but it has been so much fun and it's super relaxing!

Lately I have thought about growing my hair out because it is only a little bit below my shoulders right now and I have been growing it out for months. But then I considered the fact of what I would do with it would it be cute or would I have princess Laya buns. These are the questions that haunt me!

Red Eye LAYOVERS!

This is my family, we were flying to New york on a red eye flight, Lauren was barfing, (the not nice looking one under the blanket!) Me, Heather and my mom were basically the only cheery ones, Jordyn's the one in the awkward position, she was basically a grump like a baby in the morning, you love them but in the mornings you wish they would just leave you alone and stop whining. I personally dont enjoy red eye flights because even I (and i know it's hard to believe) but even I get the grumps in the morning. Anyway this was in the JFK airport, i dont know why it's even a airport, it's tiny and it smells pretty bad. Like Starbucks. I hate the smell of coffee, it is repulsive.

This is called the corkscrew at Cedar Point. We went there while we were in Ohio. This was my very first roller coaster with a backflip and two corkscrews. I am so proud of myself.

Recently I have been in Ohio and New York, this is me in the swimming pool at our hotel. We were swimming in one of the outdoor pools, It was the coldest water ever. They filled it up with a hose! It has been so much fun!

Girls Camp 2008!

Girls Camp this year was really confusing! We were supposed to go to shalom but the cabins were snowed in then we went to Willow Creek Park and everything got soaking wet so that night we went to my Camp Directors Garage and then the next night it was in my basement! It was a long four days! It felt like a month! I AM SO EXCITED FOR SUMMER!
