
Now for abut two years, I have started to really get into yoga. I don't know why and people think I am crazy... but it really helps me to reduce my stress and stay calm when normally my hair would be static all over the walls. Yoga is a fun way to let out stress and just be calm. I've found it has actually helped reduce back pain and help with better posture and breathing habits. I really would recommend taking up yoga. I only know a few positions (well a little more that a few) but it has been so much fun and it's super relaxing!
